Every mission is assessed based on distance, time required and the nature of the request. The price is confirmed before any intervention, on quotation.
Yes. As soon as a mission requires us to advance funds (a purchase in a shop, pharmacy, florist, groceries...), full payment must be made via a secure payment link before we proceed with the purchase or collection.
We can collect over-the-counter health products. For any prescribed medication, proof is required and applicable rules are strictly followed. We are not a medical service.
